At The Neighborhood Challenge (TNC), we believe strong communities start with empowered youth. Founded in October 2023, we’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit bringing youth together through hands-on community events and after-school challenges that spark growth, teamwork, and confidence.​

Our Board of Directors consists of four dedicated leaders with deep roots in the Las Vegas community. Each brings a passion for giving back and a commitment to creating opportunities for local youth to thrive. Together, we’re building programs that strengthen neighborhoods—one challenge at a time.
